Sparkling Matcha Martini
- 50ml of vodka
- 1 teaspoon of our Japanese ceremonial matcha
- 30ml of hot water to whisk the matcha
- 60ml of soda water
- A couple olives
- Ice cubes
- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with the hot water until smooth and frothy.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add vodka and the prepared matcha.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top with Soda water and give it a gentle stir.
- Garnish with a couples olives or a light dusting of of matcha

Mango Matcha
- 50ml of gin
- 60ml of pure mango juice
- 1 teaspoon of our Japanese ceremonial matcha
- 30ml of hot water to whisk the matcha
- Soda water (to top, about 60ml)
- Ice cubes
- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add gin and the prepared matcha.
- Shake well until chilled and combined.
- Fill your glass with ice and add the mango juice.
- Add your prepared mixtures of gin and matcha.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a slice of mango, a lime wheel, or a sprig of mint for freshness.

Kyoto Sunset
- 45ml of whisky (we recommend a Japanese whisky but bourbon works too)
- 2 teaspoons Hojicha
- 15ml of honey syrup (if you prefer it sweet)
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
- 1 fresh thyme spring
- In a small bowl, whisk your Hojicha powder with hot water until smooth.
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Pour in the whisky, cooled Hojicha and syrup if you are using any.
- Top with Soda water and stir gently.
- Clap the thyme sprig between your palms to release the aroma, then place it as garnish.
