How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 1 business day for Switzerland and 5-7 business days for France and the UK.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free shipping on all orders over 75 CHF.

What is the difference between Japanese and Chinese matcha? Our Japanese A.M Matcha is ceremonial grade — smooth, full-bodied, and rich in umami. Our Chinese A.M Matcha is premium grade — brighter, slightly more earthy, and perfect for everyday use. Both are lab-tested in Switzerland.

How should I store my matcha? Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, light and moisture. Once opened, seal tightly and consume within 1-2 months for best flavor.

What makes your matcha high quality? Every batch is independently lab-tested in Switzerland to verify quality, purity and safety. We work exclusively with trusted producers who follow strict cultivation standards.

Can I use matcha if I'm sensitive to caffeine? Our Hojicha is naturally low in caffeine and perfect for evenings. Our PM Matcha is also designed for low-caffeine moments.
